Restore Hope Indiana is a family of organizations advancing a line of hope to impact our state. Together we confront the housing crisis throughout the Midwest while restoring hope in human hearts.
We develop, construct and manage multifamily housing and commercial properties - creating not only income streams, but streams of hope. This hope begins with our leadership and flows to our employees, clients, residents, investors and communities. Hope - the confident expectation that good is possible even in hardship - blends trust with effort to build a better future. This conviction drives our work toward wholeness and human dignity. At the foundation, we believe that God is the source of ultimate hope, and all of our organizations are rooted in this unshakable faith.

Helix Development brings vital housing to Indiana faster. Experienced in every facet of the land development process, and deeply committed to our culture of hope, the team is one of the first development groups in the Midwest specializing in modular development.
Multifamily
Modular Construction
Volumod constructs multifamily modular housing inside a factory that are transported and craned onto permanent foundations. Volumod's Second Chance Program employs those coming from incarceration or addiction and supports holistic hope-building resources for employees.

Renewing Management owns and operates apartment communities in Indiana. Our passion for people and restoring hope is found in every community we operate. We empower our residents to identify goals, pursue pathways and develop the motivation to pursue a brighter future.

Transformation Ventures owns and operates unique, historic, commercial properties which accommodate businesses, vacation rentals, and event space venues. Our desire is that engaging spaces serve as the stage for people to find purpose and hope.

Meet Ethan! Although God gets the credit for creatively organizing our companies into a vertically integrated housing ecosystem, Ethan is the founder. Today, each company has individual leadership, but Ethan still helps guide the companies into the future.
